Cutting Capacity

This saw features a 14 in. horizontal and 6-1/2 in. vertical capacity against the fence (base), with a 6 in. crown capacity against the fence (45-degree spring). The bevel capacity allows you to cut at angles ranging from 0 to 47 degrees to the left and the right.

Axial-Glide System

Delivering a smooth cutting motion, accurate performance and a space-saving design, the Bosch-exclusive Axial-Glide system provides a distinctive appearance and unparalleled performance. It offers wider cross-cuts, enhanced alignment and smooth glide for the life of the tool.

SquareLock Fences

Pre-aligned SquareLock fences feature quick-release mechanisms, and they align 90-degrees to the table, requiring no adjustment. They help the saw maintain precision throughout its life.

Bevel Controls

The GCM12SD provides easy adjustments with bevel and miter controls and detents at common angles. The all-metal bevel lock lever and range selector are located up front to make adjustments easy.

Unobstructed View of the Cut-Line

Featuring a clear lower guard to provide unobstructed cut-line visibility, this saw allows perceptibility throughout the duration of the cut. This helps promote accuracy.

Easy-Read Markings

The saw has easy-to-read bevel and miter scales with detents at common angles, and easy-access upfront controls. The miter angle range is 52-degrees left & 60-degrees right.

Outstanding Dust Collection

The miter saw rig features a combination dust chute and vacuum adaptor for easy hookup to a vacuum. The system is optimized for dust collection while cutting 2X (two-by) material.

Easy Fine Adjustment

The saw has push-button miter detent override, for easy-to-access thumb actuated control right up front for fine miter angle adjustment.

Expanding Base Extensions

With two Integrated sliding material supports, the saw provides material support for 40 in. total length.

Crown Stop Kit
